I have another story for one of our clients who were bit older in their age and they haven’t done investing in property yet. And we do meet a lot of people like that who leave investment property very late in their life and which makes it harder for them. So many of them actually want to pay off the mortgage first, before they look at an investment property and what it should be like investing in property also, go side by side alongside paying off your mortgage.

So these clients were a little bit conservative because of the age and they didn’t want to take too much risk. So they didn’t want to spend too much money on the investment. So what we had to do is we had to find some properties which were in an area, which is good for growth, good for rentals, right?

But still, the price point would be much lower than the average price property that people normally buy from us. So, luckily with timing and everything we were able to secure a property, which was in Bendigo, which was only around, less than 300,000, somewhere around 280, 290, which is very, very rare in this market less often you’ll find such kind of deals.

But luckily enough, it worked out good positive cash flow property investment and gave them an idea of how investment property works. Now they have a property that is paying the rent, which is more than what their mortgage is. So it’s a very good situation for them to be in.
